Exchange Policy

  1. Exchange Request Timeline
    Exchange requests must be raised within 1 day of receiving the order.
  2. Exchange Eligibility
    Once a product has been exchanged, it will not be eligible for another exchange. If the exchanged product is returned, only a credit note will be issued.
  3. Payment for Exchanges
    • If the new product is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of placing the exchange request.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange orders.
  4. Delivery Address
    Exchanged or replacement products will be delivered only to the original shipping address provided during the initial order.
  5. Product Exchange Terms
    • Exchanges for the same product in a different size will be provided at no additional cost.
    • If exchanging for a higher-value product, the balance amount must be paid.
    • If exchanging for a lower-value product, the remaining amount will be issued as a credit note.
    • A product can only be exchanged for a single item and not for multiple products.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
  • Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product received is defective or damaged.
  • To process such requests, customers must provide an unboxing video showing the parcel opening from start to finish without any cuts or edits.
  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund process will take approximately 7–10 working days.
