Exchange Policy

Exchange Request Timeline
Exchange requests must be raised within 1 day of receiving the order. -
Exchange Eligibility
Once a product has been exchanged, it will not be eligible for another exchange. If the exchanged product is returned, only a credit note will be issued. -
Payment for Exchanges
- If the new product is of a higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of placing the exchange request.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange orders.

Delivery Address
Exchanged or replacement products will be delivered only to the original shipping address provided during the initial order. -
Product Exchange Terms
- Exchanges for the same product in a different size will be provided at no additional cost.
- If exchanging for a higher-value product, the balance amount must be paid.
- If exchanging for a lower-value product, the remaining amount will be issued as a credit note.
- A product can only be exchanged for a single item and not for multiple products.
Return & Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
- Returns and refunds are accepted only if the product received is defective or damaged.
- To process such requests, customers must provide an unboxing video showing the parcel opening from start to finish without any cuts or edits.
- Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund process will take approximately 7–10 working days.
