Online Account
As a registered user, you are required to log in to the website using your registered email ID and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. Any order placed through your account will be considered authorized by you and processed accordingly.
Terms of Operations
House of Padmini reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or discontinue any of its services at any time without prior notice. However, any confirmed and outstanding orders will either be fulfilled or refunded accordingly.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without assigning any reason. House of Padmini shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of this website.
Warranty & Liability
House of Padmini shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use or misuse of products purchased through our website.
We are also not responsible for any delay or failure in fulfilling our obligations if such delays occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation delays, governmental restrictions, or technical disruptions.

Damaged Products
Our team conducts strict quality checks before dispatching every order. However, any damage caused during transit after shipment is beyond our direct control.
If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at houseofraadhya.21@gmail.com along with clear images of the damaged item.
Based on product availability, we will replace the item with the same or a similar product. Requests raised after 48 hours from the delivery time will not be considered.
Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners generally attempt delivery up to three times. If the shipment is not accepted or collected, it will be returned to us.
Customers may request re-shipment of the order by paying an additional shipping fee of ₹250.
For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders returned to us, re-shipment will only be processed after full payment is made online along with the applicable re-shipping charges.
