SHIPPING & DELIVERY – INDIA
House of Padmini ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. We have partnered with trusted logistics providers to ensure your products are handled with care and delivered safely on time.
ORDER DISPATCH
Orders placed with House of Padmini are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. In case of any unexpected delays, our team will notify you and keep you informed about the revised timelines.
ORDER DELIVERY
Within India
Our logistics partners generally deliver orders within:
- 2–3 working days for metro cities
- 5–7 working days for non-metro cities
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or operational challenges.
International Orders (Outside India)
Every international shipment passes through multiple checkpoints before safely reaching you. While transit is usually quick, customs and logistics processes may take additional time.
You can expect your international order to arrive within 5–10 working days from the date of placing the order.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping Within India
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India
- A shipping/COD handling charge of ₹150 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
International Shipping
International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products in your order and will be automatically added during checkout.
All international shipments are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Please note:
- Product prices and shipping charges displayed on our website are exclusive of import duties and taxes.
- Customers are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local charges levied by their respective country.
- Failure to pay customs duties may result in the shipment being held by customs or returned to our warehouse. In such cases, shipping charges and return handling costs will not be refunded.
